31st Annual Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities Conference
2020 REGISTERED CONFERENCE PRESENTERS:
We hope you all doing well and staying healthy. We know that the impact of COVID-19 is being felt in all aspects of life. We hope that you are still excited to build your skills and present in the first ever virtual UC Davis Undergraduate Research, Scholarship & Creative Activities Conference.
After considering various options and to allow for maximum flexibility given the current COVID-19 campus restrictions, we have decided to host the 2020 URC Conference as a virtual conference on May 7-8, 2020 where you will be able to feature your research and design projects in a 5-15 minute pre-recorded video presentation sorted into channels similar to conference sessions that can be viewed over a 2-day period. GoReact is the platform we will be using. An email was sent to all presenters on April 17th with a link for this platform and also an email entitled "URC Virtual Conference Update - Preparation and Upload Information". See the link below to access the PDF of the presenters checklist and other information and resources for uploading your presentation. The required prep session and survey are also below.
