Maximizing Access to Research Careers (MARC)
Summary: The goal of the Maximizing Access to Research Careers (MARC) program is to promote broad participation in the biomedical research workforce by strengthening research training environments and expanding the pool of well-trained students who: (1) Complete their baccalaureate degree, and (2) Transition into and complete biomedical, research-focused higher degree programs (such as Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D.).
Demographic requirement: Disadvantaged, or racial/ethnic minority, or disabled.
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Stipend: $3,411 summer, $3,411 per academic quarter
Deadline to apply: February 14, 2023
