About the conference  

Save the Date for the 2026 Conference:  April 24 and 25. 

 

Each year, UC Davis undergraduates in all academic fields are invited to submit an abstract and register to participate in the Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities Conference. Research projects must be conducted under the supervision of a faculty member or professional at UC Davis. The conference is designed to acquaint undergraduate students with the process and academic rigors of presenting research in a scholarly manner and in an affirming environment. 

The conference is free and open to the public.  

The Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities Conference is organized by a campus-wide committee and sponsored by the Undergraduate Research Center, with support from Undergraduate Education, Student Affairs, Global Affairs and University Library.

Poster Presentations and Arts and Design Exhibit, April 24th 

Where to Enter: All activities will take place on the floor level of the University Credit Union Center.   Entry is through the lower level North East entrance of the building.  No check-in is required for general attendees.  If using the street level North East entry use the stairs from the foyer to the main floor below.  
Food and Beverages: Beverages station will be provided on the Conference Floor.  Food will not be provided.  You are welcome to bring your own light snacks, sealed bottled water, sealed single-serving juice boxes, and baby formula/food for personal consumption.  
Parking: The University Credit Union Center is located next to the Activities and Recreation Center at 750 Orchard Road. Lot 25 and the Parking structure near Hutchinson and LaRue  (Pavilion Structure) are parking nearby.  Lot 35 is also close by across La Rue Road from the Activities and Recreation Center.  Parking can be paid using the AMP Park mobile app or a COSMOS terminal: https://transportation.ucdavis.edu/parking/guide 

Oral Sessions, April 25th  

Where to Enter:  Both Oral Session 1 and Oral Session 2 will take place in Wellman Hall.  Entry is at either the east side or west side of the building at street level.  
Food and Beverages: Beverages station will be provided in Room 107 (Headquarters).  Food will not be provided.  You are welcome to bring your own light snacks, sealed bottled water, sealed single-serving juice boxes, and baby formula/food for personal consumption.  
Parking:  Parking is free on campus on the weekend.  Parking is at the Quad Structure on Howard Way.
