SHOW US YOUR RESEARCH IN THE FORM OF A MEME OR CARTOON!
The Undergraduate Research Center will be hosting a week-long meme/cartoon contest:
Monday, October 12, 2020 through Friday, October 16, 2020.
Winners will be announced on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.
GUIDELINES:
- Use your creativity to make a meme or cartoon that represents your research, scholarly or creative activity.
- Upload the meme/cartoon with a creative description to Instagram and tag the URC (@ucd_urc).
- Hit that follow button on our Instagram page (@ucd_urc).
- Submit your image by 5:00 p.m. PDT on Friday, October 16, 2020.
PRIZES:
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) CATEGORY:
- 1st place prize: $20 Amazon gift ecard
- 2nd place prize: $15 Amazon gift ecard
- 3rd Place prize: $10 Amazon gift ecard
HARCSS (Humanities, Arts, Cultural Studies, Social Sciences) CATEGORY:
- 1st place prize: $20gift Amazon gift ecard
- 2nd place prize: $15 Amazon gift ecard
- 3rd place prize: $10 Amazon gift ecard
ELIGIBILITY:
Must be a registered UC Davis Undergraduate student.
Undergraduate Research Center employees are ineligible for prizes.
